Christine Tsang, our CEO, joined city managers and local government leaders from across Northern California at the annual conference of the Municipal Management Association of Northern California (MMANC). This year’s conference ran September 27–30 at Tenaya Lodge, just outside Yosemite, under the theme “Navigating Change, Leading with Purpose.”
